Work location: Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
– Perform receptionist’s duties, make sure office runs smoothly and in a professional manner.
– Performs general administrative duties: Order and maintain relevant office supplies.
– Keep track of office expense payment.
– Collection and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
– Perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other functions as needed.
– And any other duties as designated by the Director or Office.
– Candidate must prossess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree.
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Previous working experience in auditing and accounting is preferred.
– Strong computer skills: MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Good skills in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
