- Sales planning, sales execution and direct marketing to develop sales & services; manage sales targets.
- Compose, negotiate and extend contracts
- Develop and maintain relationship with real estate agents, partners
- Product planning and proposal to expand CSC Business Center services
- Assist CEO to plan bonus policy and sales target for Sales team
- Report to CEO periodic sales reports.
- Supervise, train and monitor the staff in the team.
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent English communication
- Minimum 2 years experience in working as Sales/Business Development Manager in commercial/office leasing/hospitality
- Good interpersonal and leadership skill
- Able to deal with multinational customers, agents
- Strong negotiator with the ability to source and close business deals Skills in sales and marketing, able to make plan for action.
- Have a sound knowledge of commercial property market
- Can work independently and within a team
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Computer literacy, good presentation skill
