- Source, attract candidates and support the recruitment of interview candidates according to the recruitment process for internal customers’ requirements.
- Keep database system up-to-date
- Develop CV pools and attracting channels
- Plan, weekly report to Head of department
- Participate in brand building activities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the department.
* Job requirements:
- Education: Graduated from University of Business Administration or Human Resource Management, Economics, Social Science …
- 3-5 years working experience in Admin, Recruiting, marketing and sales
- Good English
- Proficiency in office computer
- Ability to communicate and persuade others
- Be able to work in teams
- Enthusiastic, motivated at work.
