Assoc. Prof. Hoang Anh Tuan PhD discussing with Ms. Yen Do

Assoc. Prof. Bui Thanh Nam PhD assumed that the program should be officially established into open educating programs for students, and it should be researched, designed and applied exclusively for USSH’s students. This was a great idea to make the programs efficient and suitable for its student.

Agreeing with those perceptions, GPO proposed some very practical ideas to realize the training in career management and soft skills for the students. GPO’s representative, MBA Yen Do, a former USSH student, had nearly 20 years of experience in recruiting and HR managing for big, multinational corporations. Therefore, she, more than anyone, knows what employers want and things students lack. MBA Yen Do hopes to bring the experience and knowledge achieved throughout her work to the students, to aid school’s staff in improving USSH’s education quality and to offer practical benefits to students. GPO’s training programs were conducted base on real life experience. Students will be updated with market’s information and practice case studies from real companies. Moreover, GPO also offers students the opportunities to work for GPO and its partners.
