* Job Description:
- Building, operating and managing the implementation of the Company’s business plan and business policy; ensure the efficiency of business operations in the area under its management
- Researching marketing and promotion programs, serving business activities within the assigned business scope
- Build, implement and manage sales and debts by each type of customer and for each different distribution within the scope of business.
- Implement recruitment and training of employees at the assigned units
- Monitor the business and financial situation in the area, promptly report to the main office
- Managing all employees, exercising full authority with branch staff according to the company’s personnel procedures policy.
- Follow the revenue target of the company with the branch, periodically report the implementation.

* Job requirements:
- Graduated from University of Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
- At least 15 years of business experience, 3 years in the same position or Marketing manager.
- Skills: Financial management, business, personnel.
- Priority: experience within the FMCG business, construction materials, kitchen equipment, electronics, refrigeration, …
- Preferably candidates can travel regularly
